Welcome to MO & MORE! We value your satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience both online and in our physical store located at The WELL Shopping Mall, Toronto. Please review our updated refund and exchange policy below.


Return and Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day Return and Exchange Policy from the date of delivery or in-store purchase. You may choose to return items for store credit OR exchange a new one. After 7 days, returns and exchanges will no longer be accepted.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • In the same condition as when purchased, unworn, unused, with all tags attached.
  • Packaged in the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@moandmore.ca with your order details.
  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

For in-store purchases, items can be returned directly to our Toronto location during business hours.


Customer Responsibility

For online returns, customers are responsible for shipping fees associated with returning items unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@moandmore.ca. We will resolve the issue promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Intimate apparel: panties, bras, body shapers, leggings, etc.
  • Hosiery: pantyhose, tights, socks, etc.
  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to:

  1. Return the unwanted item following our return process.
  2. Place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to you as a store credit.
