Payments are processed at the time of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.

Currently, we only accept one form of payment per order; while we may accept in our physical store.

Refunds will be issued back to store credit once your return is processed and approved.

Yes, we offer complimentary shipping on orders over:

  • $129 CAD (before tax) within Canada
  • $149 USD within the continental USA

Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Canada: 5-10 business days
  • USA: 7-12 business days

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor your shipment's progress.

If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us at info@moandmore.ca with your order number, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

MO & MORE is not responsible for taxes, duties, or additional charges incurred by the destination country. These fees are the customer's responsibility.

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at info@moandmore.ca. Changes may not be possible if your order has already been shipped.

If your package is damaged upon arrival, please contact us at info@moandmore.ca with photos of the damage. We will help resolve the issue promptly.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery or purchase. You can return items for either:

  • Store credit
  • Exchange

Returns or exchanges are not accepted after 7 days.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • In the same condition as received (unworn, unused, with tags).
  • In the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Intimate apparel (e.g., panties, bras, shapewear, leggings).
  • Hosiery (e.g., tights, socks).
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Sale items and gift cards.

Customers are responsible for the shipping fees associated with returning items unless the item is defective or a mistake was made on our part.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@moandmore.ca with your order number and details.
  2. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Ship your item back as per the provided instructions.
  4. Visit our physical stores.

Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection within 3-5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed as your store credit.

Yes, exchanges are available. The fastest way to exchange an item is to:

  1. Return the item you no longer want.
  2. Place a new order for the desired item after your return is approved.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@moandmore.ca within 7 days. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.

Yes, items purchased in-store can be returned to our physical location within 7 days of purchase, following the same return eligibility guidelines.

Approved refunds will be credited to your store credit.
